You can find Oberoi Collection on the Main Road in Palam Colony. Being on the main road means there is always noise from the cars and buses going by, but it helps people see where we are. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. It’s a basic shop where we keep a variety of goods. We don’t really do much advertising; people just see the name and walk in. The interior is simple, with enough light to see what’s on the racks. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the street outside, but we sweep it when we can get a minute. Palam Colony is a busy place with lots of families living nearby. We see parents and kids all the time. It’s a practical sort of shop. We don’t have fancy displays, just the items out where you can look at them properly. Running a place on the Main Road has its challenges, like parking being a total mess, but we manage. If you’re around the colony, you’ll probably pass us at some point during the day. We’re just regular people working here, trying to make sure the stock is ready for whoever needs it. It’s not a huge operation, just a local business doing what it does every day. We open early most mornings and stay until the sun goes down. It’s just the way we like to work.
