We have our office in the Prayvaran Complex, which is Flat No. 7 on the second floor. The address is on Ignou Road, specifically in the Maidangarhi and Neb Sarai area. It’s an office setup, so we don't have the big stone cutting machines here, just the paperwork and some samples of the stone we work with. Getting to the second floor is a bit of a climb, and the building can be a little confusing if you haven't been here before. We spend most of our time on the phone with suppliers or talking to builders about their projects. There are usually stacks of brochures and stone chips scattered across the desks. It’s a bit of a cramped space, but it’s where we get the planning done. Naveen started this because he knew the stone business well, and we just kept it going from this spot in Neb Sarai. It’s a busy neighborhood, and finding a parking spot on Ignou Road is always a bit of a gamble. We aren’t a huge corporation with a glass building; we are just a small team in a regular flat. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. People usually find us through word of mouth rather than anything else. It’s a practical way to work, and we like being in this part of the city. We just handle the technical side of stone projects day by day.
