Promat India

You’ll find Promat India over at the Ansal Imperial Tower in the C-Block Community Centre. We are in unit Ug-5, which is in Naraina Vihar. It’s a busy commercial hub, and there’s always people moving about in the corridors. Our office is a practical space where we handle all our paperwork and meetings. It’s not a huge place, but it serves us well for what we need to do. We deal with various technical materials, and there’s usually samples sitting on the desks or leaning against the walls. The lighting in the building is a bit dim sometimes, but we’ve got our own lamps to keep things bright enough to see the fine print on contracts. Most of us take the metro to work since Naraina Vihar is pretty well connected, though the walk from the station can be hot in the summer. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone, talking to suppliers and checking on project details. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up our image; we just do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the tea lady comes by with biscuits, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon for the whole office. It’s just a normal office life in a busy tower, and we make it work.
