Kapil Enterprises is tucked away in Street number 11 over in Tuglakabad Extension. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is a maze of small lanes and busy shops. Our address is Rz-33/a, and it’s basically where we spend all our time. We started this small setup to handle various trading needs. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us and a couple of helpers making sure things get delivered on time. The shop is usually full of boxes and paperwork. We deal with various items depending on what the local demand is. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the inventory. Other days, everyone is shouting and trying to get orders out the door. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth works well enough for us in this neighborhood. Tuglakabad is a rough and tumble kind of place, but it has its own rhythm. We fit in pretty well. We’ve had the same phone number for years, so old customers always know how to reach us. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, which makes loading the rickshaws difficult. But we just deal with it as it comes. It is a humble business, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and work. People know us, and that is how it goes.
