Our factory is over at C-303 Phase 2 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area. We are right near Khalsa Restaurant, which is where a lot of us end up grabbing lunch. Working at Bharat Faucet Pvt. Ltd. means being in the middle of all the industrial noise and the constant movement of trucks in Mayapuri. It’s an area full of workshops and small factories, so it’s never really quiet. We spend our days on the floor at C-303, managing the machines and making sure the faucets are being put together correctly. It is a lot of metal work and sometimes the heat from the machines makes the shop floor pretty warm, especially during the summer months. We have a routine that we follow every morning to get things started. We aren't a big corporate office with glass windows; it’s a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes things break down or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. Being in Phase 2, we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar hard work. The Khalsa Restaurant nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get the orders out to the customers without too much fuss. That’s pretty much the daily life here for us in Mayapuri.
