If you are looking for us, we are up on the 3rd floor of Building No. 41 on M. M. Road. It is right there on Rani Jhansi Road which means it is always noisy outside with all the buses and cars honking. Walking up to the third floor every day is my exercise because the lift isn't always something I want to wait for. Inside the office of Aludecor Lamination Pvt. Ltd., it is a lot quieter than the street, though we still hear the traffic. We have samples of laminates leaning against the walls and stacked on the tables. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a bunch of desks and people trying to keep track of where the shipments are going. Sometimes we get the address wrong or a delivery is late because of the mess on Rani Jhansi Road, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We’ve got a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always running because someone always wants tea. The lighting is a bit dim in the corners but we have good lamps for when we need to look at the colors closely. It feels like a second home to most of us since we spend so much time here. It’s just how we run things, keeping it honest and getting through the pile of work on our desks.
