Jai Durga Plaster Industries

We are tucked away in Wz-446/337 Srinagar Extension over in Shakurpur. It is a busy part of Shakur Basti. Working with plaster means things get white and dusty pretty quickly. You can usually tell where we have been by the footprints we leave behind. We spend our time mixing and preparing the plaster for whatever jobs come our way. It is a lot of heavy lifting and manual labor. The area is quite cramped so we have to be careful how we move things around. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. It is not a big industrial plant but we get the work done. The machines make a fair bit of noise during the day. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask questions about how much material they need for a small repair. We just give them a straight answer. It is a simple life here. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. By the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired and covered in white dust. Shakurpur is a place where everyone is working hard, so we fit right in. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing we are here. The address is a bit hard to find if you aren't looking closely, but once you see the bags of plaster, you know you've found us. It is just a regular day for us at the shop.
