Our office is based at 107 Humayunpur, on the first floor, which is right in the Safdarjung Enclave area of New Delhi. We are situated near the NCC Office, so it is quite a central spot. M/S Shiv Shakti Hotels & Resorts P.Ltd is a small company that manages different properties and looks after the hospitality side of things. The office itself is quite plain, just a few desks and a place to sit and have tea while we go over the books. Running hotels and resorts sounds like a lot of fun, but mostly it is just a lot of hard work and attention to small details. We deal with everything from plumbing issues at a property to making sure the staff are showing up on time. Humayunpur is a lively, crowded place, and we’ve become a part of the local fabric here. We don't have a big corporate structure; if you call us, you’ll likely talk to the same person every time. We try to keep our guests happy, but we don't use any fancy marketing talk to do it. We just try to provide a clean place to stay and be helpful when we can. Working in ND110029 means we are always busy, as there is always something happening in the city. We are just a group of regular people trying to run a decent business and keep things organized from our little first-floor office.
