Mohit Spade International

Mohit Spade International is located up on the third floor of the Aggarwal Chamber, specifically in Shop No. 304. This is over in Dilshad Garden, right at Plot No. 3 in the Pkt - O & P area. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. The office itself is one of those typical commercial spaces where you can hear the neighbors through the walls sometimes. We have a lot of stuff crammed into Shop 304. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our desks and the filing cabinets just fine. Dilshad Garden is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside. We usually keep the curtains drawn to stay focused. There isn't any fancy art or corporate branding around the place. It's mostly just functional furniture and a few plants that we forget to water sometimes. We spend our days here handling whatever comes our way. The Aggarwal Chamber is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a flickering light in the stairwell. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just a regular office where we do our work without any fuss. Most people who visit us are just looking for the right door in the corridor. We’re just local folks running things from our little corner on the third floor.
