The office is tucked away in Mahipalpur Extension, specifically at House Number 349 A, 6-B in K-Block. Being this close to the airport and the main garment hubs in New Delhi makes it a very busy area to work in. You can always hear the planes overhead and the sound of traffic from the main road. Our space is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders filled with notes and sketches. We spend a lot of time talking to people in the garment trade, trying to figure out how to help them fix their production issues or get their logistics sorted. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s interesting because every day brings a different kind of problem. One day it might be about fabric sourcing, and the next it’s about why a machine isn't running right. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy website. Most people find us because someone else told them we know what we’re doing. We drink a lot of tea while we look over spreadsheets and talk to factory owners on the phone. The K-Block area is a bit crowded, and parking is always a headache, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice it anymore. We just focus on the task at hand and try to give practical advice that actually works on the shop floor. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know.
