We are located at 80/19 B on the ground floor in Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always someone walking past our door. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this little office for quite some time. It’s not a fancy travel lounge; it’s just a room with some desks, a couple of old maps, and a lot of brochures that we really should organize better. We spend most of our time on the phone with airlines or trying to figure out train schedules. Traveling sounds fun, but the paperwork behind it is actually quite a lot of work. We don't make big promises or use glossy ads. We just tell people what the flights cost and which hotels are decent based on what we’ve heard from others. Sometimes the bookings get complicated, and we have to spend hours sorting out a single itinerary. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The neighborhood is loud, and we can hear the market noise all day, but it’s a good place to be. We aren't a giant company with a call center. When you call us, you’re just talking to one of the three or four of us sitting here in Malviya Nagar. It’s a practical, local way of doing things, and we like it that way because we get to know the people who travel with us.
