Chetna Travels Point

Our spot is right at C-1 on the Metro Line. If you look for the metro pillar right across from us, you can't miss it. It’s a busy location because of all the people coming and going from the station. At Chetna Travels Point, things are always moving. We have maps pinned to the walls and a lot of brochures that usually end up in a bit of a heap on the counter. The phone rings a lot with people asking about bus times or train tickets. We try to keep up with all the changes in schedules, but it’s a lot to track sometimes. There’s a small bench for people to sit on while they wait for their bookings to get printed. It’s a bit noisy because of the metro trains passing by overhead, but we’ve grown used to the rumbling. We drink a lot of coffee here to stay sharp. It’s just a small office with a big window facing the street. We see all sorts of people every day, some in a hurry and some just wandering in to ask for directions. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or anything. Just us behind the computers trying to help people get where they need to go. It’s a lot of typing and a lot of talking on the phone. We just keep at it from morning until the last train runs at night.
