Maa Durga Paints

Maa Durga Paints is located over in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. If you are looking for us, we are at Plot No. B-16 D, right on Gali No-9. This area is always full of activity. There are trucks moving in and out and a lot of noise from the other shops nearby. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to these streets. Gali No-9 is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. The walls in the shop could probably use a fresh coat themselves, ironically. It’s a working space, so it isn't always perfectly clean. We have our stuff piled up where it fits. Most of the people around here are also working in the industrial area, so we all kind of know each other. It’s not a place for window shopping. People come here for a reason. The summers get really hot in this part of town and the air feels heavy. We just keep the fan going and stay busy. It’s a practical sort of life. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. You just walk in from the street. It’s just a small business trying to keep things moving along day by day. Nothing fancy or complicated about it. We just open the doors and see who the day brings. It’s a lot of hard work but it’s what we know. We have our tea together in the afternoon.
