Kosha Dynamics Pvt Ltd

Our office is on the second floor of Scindia House, which is at number 12 in Connaught Circus. Kosha Dynamics Pvt Ltd is the name we have on the door. It is one of those older buildings with high ceilings and big windows. Outside, the circle is always full of people and cars, but we stay tucked away upstairs. We do a lot of work related to dynamics and engineering design. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or arguing over a specific calculation. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see us at our desks. There are usually piles of paper and folders everywhere. We have a small team and we’ve worked together for quite a while. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get food from the street vendors nearby. The air conditioner is old and makes a lot of noise, but it keeps us cool in the summer. We are not a massive corporation with a lot of polished rules. We just like solving mechanical problems. It is a good place to work if you don't mind a bit of a mess. We stay busy with the projects we have and don't worry too much about looking professional. Being in the heart of the city makes it easy for people to find us when they need help. It is just a normal office.
