Filpack Engineering Private Limited

We’ve been based over at A-33 in Phase-I of the Naraina Industrial Area for quite some time now. It’s a busy, noisy part of town, but the location suits what we do perfectly. Filpack Engineering is just a group of us who handle various engineering tasks and machine parts every day. Most of our hours are spent on the workshop floor surrounded by metal and tools. Because the work is dusty, our clothes usually show it by the end of a long shift. You won’t find a fancy office with leather chairs here. Instead, it’s just a practical space where we get things made and repaired. People from the nearby units often stop by to see how things are going or to ask about a specific part they need. While we try to keep things organized, the scraps of metal tend to pile up when we are busy. That’s just how it goes in a real workshop environment. Many businesses have come and gone in Naraina over the years, but we’ve managed to stay put by focusing on the work right in front of us. In between jobs, we drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be finished. It’s definitely not a corporate environment. Hard work and using our hands is what we know. We just try to get the orders out the door without making things more complicated than they need to be.
