We operate out of House no. 34 in Sec-6, R.K. Puram. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential-style house rather than a big glass building. It makes the workday feel a lot more relaxed and less like a typical office job. The street outside is usually lined with trees and stays fairly quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We have set up our desks in the main rooms, and the kitchen serves as our break area. Being in R.K. Puram means we are centrally located, but tucked away enough that we don't get much noise. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside in the afternoon. Our team is small, so we all know each other well and there’s no formal hierarchy that you’d find in a big corporation. We just get our work done for Erni India and then head home. Getting here is easy because the metro isn't too far, though some of us just bike or walk if we live close by. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right house. It’s a practical setup for what we do. The rooms are bright during the day, and we usually keep the windows open if the weather is decent. It’s just a normal house where a few people happen to run a business together.
