B T Engineering Works

B T Engineering Works is located at B 234 in Naraina. If you walk into our shop, the first thing you’ll notice is the smell of metal and oil. We do a lot of dirty work here. It’s an engineering workshop, so there are tools scattered around and machines that have seen a lot of use. We don’t have a polished showroom. Most of our space is taken up by the projects we are currently working on. We spend our days cutting, welding, and fixing things that people bring to us. It’s a loud place and we usually have to shout to be heard over the grinders. Naraina is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but it’s where all the technical stuff happens. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy business talk. We just look at the metal and figure out how to make it do what it’s supposed to do. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, and we stay late to finish it up. Our hands are usually black by the end of the shift. We’ve been at B 234 for quite a while now and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We just do our part and try to keep the quality where it needs to be without making a big fuss about it.
