Amtex Engineering

We are over at A-14/2 in Naraina Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a gritty part of town but it suits us just fine. The building is old and the stairs creak a bit, but the workshop itself is solid. We spend our days dealing with various engineering tasks that come our way. It’s mostly manual labor and operating the machines we’ve had since we opened. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually the highlight when things are stressful. There’s no air conditioning, so we just keep the big fans blowing and the doors open. It’s a lot of metal work, so there’s always the smell of oil and iron in the air. We aren't big on talking about our history or making grand claims. We just show up, do the job, and lock up in the evening. The parking around Naraina is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have worked together for ages. We know each other's habits and how the machines like to act up on cold mornings. It’s a basic operation. We don’t have a website with glossy photos or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. It's a bit messy, but we know where everything is kept. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Phase I.
