Stone Mark

Stone Mark is located over at A 1/42 WHS in Kirti Nagar, right near Mayapuri Chowk. If you know Delhi, you know how that intersection can get at almost any time of day. It’s a hub for all sorts of industrial and home stuff, so we fit right in with the noise and the big trucks. Our spot in the WHS area is basically a big warehouse where we keep our inventory. There’s always a forklift or a crane doing something nearby. We don't have a fancy entrance. It’s just a big door and a lot of stone. The dust from the Mayapuri Chowk traffic eventually settles on everything, so we’re constantly wiping down the samples so people can see the colors properly. Working here means you get used to the sound of metal clanging and horns honking. It’s not a quiet office job. We spend our days measuring slabs and making sure the edges are clean. People come to Kirti Nagar because they know they can find what they need, and we try to be part of that practical spirit. We aren't here to give a sales pitch. We just show people what we have in stock and let the stone speak for itself. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when the monsoon rains make the roads muddy, but the work is steady. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change, but the stone business stays pretty much the same.
