Keswani Architech

Keswani Architech is located in Lakshmi Nagar at F-33/A, Gali No-9. We have been in this little street for a long time. It’s a busy area, lots of houses packed together, so we spend a lot of time figuring out how to make small spaces work better. It’s not a big corporate firm. Usually, it is just me and maybe one other person working on the drawings. Our office is right there in Gali No-9, which can be a bit hard to navigate if you aren't used to it, but it's home to us. We don't have a big fancy studio. It’s mostly just a few drafting tables and a lot of pens. People from around the neighborhood come to us when they want to add a floor to their house or fix up a shop. We keep things very simple and don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. Lakshmi Nagar has a lot of energy and we like being part of it. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a wall. We don't mind. It is a local business and we treat everyone like a neighbor. We’ve seen the area grow and we have grown with it, one building at a time. It’s a good place for a small shop to be.
