Kapoor Agencies has been at 4/1697 in Bhola Nath Nagar for a long time. Shahadra is a crowded place, and our street is no different. You have to be careful walking down the lane because there are always cycles and scooters zipping past. The building is old, and it has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We have a lot of stuff packed into our space. Boxes are stacked almost to the ceiling in some corners. It is not the most organized looking place, but it works for us. We know our neighbors well, and there is always someone popping in to say hello or ask for a favor. The atmosphere is very local. You can hear the sounds of the market and the temple nearby throughout the day. We don't have a big staff or a HR department. It is just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle the orders as they come in and try to keep things moving without any big speeches or promises. It is just a small agency in a busy part of Delhi.
