We are located at Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, right on Mathura Road. The specific spot is J-1/B-1 Extension. It’s a huge area and there is always a lot of traffic passing by on the main road. Most of the day here is spent managing the ceramic stock and helping people figure out what they need for their floors or walls. It's a busy industrial zone. There's always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We have a lot of different tiles stacked up and it takes a while to go through everything. The staff here knows where most things are, though sometimes we have to double-check the back rows. It’s not a quiet office job. It’s more about being on your feet and dealing with the heat and the noise of the estate. People come from all over Delhi because this area is known for building materials. We don't do anything too complicated. We just show the ceramics and handle the orders as they come in. Some days are slower than others. That gives us time to reorganize the displays. You get used to the grit and the constant movement of the Mathura Road traffic. It’s a practical place to work and we just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people. We don't make a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here at the estate.
