Kadambari International

Kadambari International is based over at No. 3/12 in Okhla Phase 2. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a massive industrial area with rows and rows of units just like ours. We’re in one of the smaller blocks, and it gets pretty hectic during the middle of the day. There’s always a truck trying to reverse into a tight spot or someone shouting about a delivery. Inside, our space is mostly taken up by boxes ready to be shipped out and piles of paperwork. Because we deal with things that go elsewhere, we sometimes have to be here at odd hours to talk to people, but usually, we stick to the normal day. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a bunch of people in suits. Most of us are just in our regular clothes, moving things around and making sure the labels are on right. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into the corner where we try to keep the computer running. It gets quite dusty with all the cardboard and the wind blowing in from the street, so we’re always wiping down the desks. We don’t really do any promotion or advertising. We just rely on the work we’ve done before to keep things moving. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes messy place to work, but we’re used to it by now and wouldn't really know how to work in a quiet office.
