You can find us at the Balloon Shop in Jhandewalan’s Cycle Market, specifically at No. 37-A. It’s a bit of an odd spot for a balloon shop, being surrounded by bicycle parts and tires, but we make it work. The shop is usually a mess of colorful rubber and big tanks of air. We don’t have much in the way of decoration because the products themselves brighten up the place. It’s a small space, so when we have a big order to fill, you can barely see the floor. We spend a lot of time tying knots and making sure things don't float away. It’s a loud place too, with the sound of the market outside and the occasional pop when someone is a bit too enthusiastic. We’ve been in this market for a long time, and the other shopkeepers are like family. We share tea and complain about the weather together. People come to us when they have something to celebrate, which is nice. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a few of us handling the orders. Sometimes my hands get tired from all the twisting, but that’s the job. We don’t have a website that works right or a fancy receptionist. You just walk in, tell us what you need, and we get to work. It’s simple, and it keeps us busy from morning until the market closes at night. We’ve seen many kids grow up and come back with their own children now.
