We are based at No. 454 in Shahzada Bagh Phase 1, over in Inderlok. This is an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and small workshops like ours. The air always smells a bit like oil and old metal. We work on all sorts of cooling equipment, so our hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning. The workshop is crowded with spare parts, old fans, and tools that we’ve had for years. It’s not a showroom, so don’t expect anything shiny. We have a small bench where we sit to eat our lunch, usually whatever we brought from home. Inderlok is a very busy part of town, and getting here through the traffic can be a real struggle sometimes. The building we are in is quite old and the windows are covered in a layer of grime from the factories nearby. We spend our days taking things apart and putting them back together. It’s noisy because of the testing we have to do. We don’t really have a front desk, just a cleared space on a table where we talk to people. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a wrench or just to complain about the heat. It’s just a place where we do manual work and try to keep things running. No big corporate stuff here, just us and our tools in the middle of Shahzada Bagh. We keep the door open even in the winter because it gets stuffy with all the machinery.
