Anbros House is where we are, specifically at number 25/31 in East Patel Nagar. It's a busy part of the city, and our office is usually full of boxes and catalogs. We deal with industrial hoses of all shapes and sizes. I’ve been in this line of work for over twenty years now. I started as a salesman and eventually ended up running this place. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, making sure the right hoses get to the right factories. The building itself is older, and the elevator sometimes gets stuck between floors, so we mostly take the stairs. Our staff is small, just a few people who know their way around a warehouse. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on the fact that people need hoses and we have them in stock. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to explain that to customers, which isn't always fun. But we try to be honest about it. It’s a basic business. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the news or the cricket scores. It's a comfortable place to work, even if it gets a bit cramped with all the inventory lying around. We’ve been through a lot of changes in the neighborhood, but we’re still here doing our thing.
