We’re located on the first floor of L Block in Hari Nagar, right on Jail Road. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly the prettiest place to work, but it suits us just fine. We have some machines running here that make a fair bit of noise, so the office part is usually a bit loud. We handle different kinds of manufacturing and processing work. It’s a small operation, even though the name sounds a bit bigger. We’ve got a handful of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside and out. The stairs leading up to our floor are a bit steep and narrow, so moving materials in and out can be a bit of a chore. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually just walk in and find us working. Jail Road is always busy with traffic, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the production is on track. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing a motor or a belt. It’s just part of the job. We don’t do much in the way of marketing, we just deal with the clients we’ve had for a long time. It’s steady work and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders.
