International Travel House Ltd. (Itc Group)

The office is on the second floor of a building in Chittaranjan Park, specifically D-677. It is part of the larger ITC group, but here in CR Park, it feels a bit more like a local operation. We spend most of our day on computers and phones, trying to sort out travel arrangements for people. It might be a flight to another country or a hotel stay in a city they've never been to. CR Park is a nice area, quite leafy and green compared to other parts of Delhi, so it’s a good place to work. We have a team of people here who know a lot about different destinations. We don’t really do a lot of shouting about what we do; we just focus on getting the bookings right. There’s a lot of detail involved in travel, like checking dates and names multiple times so there aren't any mistakes at the airport. Sometimes it gets stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone changes their mind last minute. We just handle it as it comes. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking to airlines. It’s a steady kind of job. We like being in this neighborhood and being the go-to spot for people nearby who are planning their next big trip or a quick work visit. It takes a lot of coordination to get everything lined up.
