International Travel House Itc Group

We are set up in East Kailash, specifically at 15 CSP Flats. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve been running the International Travel House operations from here for quite a bit. Being part of the ITC Group means we handle a lot of different travel requests every day. It’s mostly us sitting at our desks, talking to people on the phone about their flight bookings or where they want to stay. The office isn't anything like those big glass towers you see in Gurgaon. It's more grounded. We have maps and schedules pinned up everywhere. People call us when they're stuck at an airport or when they can't figure out their itinerary. We’ve seen the travel industry change from paper tickets to everything being on a phone, but the work is still mostly the same. You have to be patient with people. East Kailash is a good spot for us, centrally located enough that getting around isn't too much of a headache. We don't have a massive team here, just a group of us who know the travel business well. We deal with cars, hotels, and all those little details that make a trip actually happen. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and we end up staying late quite often. But that’s just how it goes when you’re helping people move around. It's just a lot of logistics and phone calls for us and we just take it as it comes.
