Hasegawa Machinery Ltd.

Our shop is located at 307 Matsuoka in Fuji-Shi. It is a quiet enough area but we stay busy with the machines. Most of the guys here have been working with tools and metal for a long time. You can usually hear the sound of the equipment running from the street. We don't have a big fancy office, just the space we need for the machinery and some desks for the paperwork. The air smells like oil and metal most days. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure everything is running like it should. In Fuji-Shi, things are pretty steady. We see the same faces often. Some people come in looking for specific parts or they want us to look at a machine that isn't working right. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just know how these machines work. It takes a lot of patience to get things right. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tricky. There is a lot of history in how we do things here. We just follow the steps we learned over the years. It is hard work but it feels good to see a machine finished and ready to go out. We like being part of the local industry here and just doing our part every day without making a big fuss about it.
