We are located at shop number 93 in Khanna Market, right in the middle of Tis Hazari. It is a noisy area with a lot of trucks coming and going, which suits us just fine. Haryana Gujarat Road Carriers has been around for a good bit, focusing on moving goods between different states. Most of our days are spent checking logs and making sure the drivers know where they are heading. We do not have a flashy office with leather chairs. It is mostly just desks, files, and the sound of the market outside. We deal with a lot of different routes, mostly heading out towards Haryana or Gujarat as the name suggests. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes the weather is bad and things get delayed, but we try to keep everyone updated. Dealing with road transport means you have to be ready for anything, like a flat tire or a closed highway. We do not try to act like we are a multinational tech firm; we are just a transport office in Delhi. The staff here has been with us for years. We know the regular customers by their first names and they know where to find us in the market. It is not a glamorous job, but someone has to make sure the cargo gets to its destination. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time waiting for the next shipment to arrive at the yard.
