We are based out of A - 133 in the Mahipalpur Extension area, specifically on Road No.4. Haiko Logistics India Pvt Ltd has been operating from here for a good bit now. Being in Mahipalpur makes a lot of sense for us because we're quite close to the airport and all the main highway links. It is a very busy spot with lots of other logistics companies and warehouses all around. Our office setup is pretty straightforward and basic. We have a few rooms for the staff and a place where we store some of the basic equipment we need. The traffic on Road No.4 can be a real nightmare during the peak hours, so we try to time our movements very carefully when we can. Most of the day is spent tracking shipments on the screen and talking to the drivers on their mobile phones. It involves a lot of coordinating and making sure things are moving as they are supposed to. We aren't some huge corporation with thousands of employees everywhere. We are just a local team doing the daily logistics work. Sometimes the internet is slow or a truck gets stuck or delayed, and we just have to deal with those hiccups as they come up. It's just honest work. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it actually is. We just take the cargo and figure out the best way to get it to the next stop on time.
