Fine Palace

We are located at 1773/A, in Kucha Dakni Rai Kalan Mahal, which is right in the Daryaganj area. If you know Daryaganj, you know the streets can be narrow and quite crowded, but that’s where all the action is. Fine Palace is tucked away in one of those lanes. It’s an old building with a lot of character, even if the walls could use a bit of paint here and there. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. The space is mostly filled with stock and a couple of old desks where we do the accounts. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby. Usually, you’ll find us moving boxes or checking over the ledgers. The noise from the main road doesn't really reach us back here, which is nice for getting work done. We’ve been in Kucha Dakni Rai for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Daryaganj has that old Delhi feel that you just don't get anywhere else. We don’t put on any acts; we just show up and do the work. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we're busy, but we eventually get everything sorted out. It’s a steady life here, keeping the business going and making sure we stay on top of whatever needs doing that day. We always keep a pot of tea going because someone is always dropping by for a quick word.
