Our office is located at House No. 940 in Sector-3, Huda Colony, over in Faridabad. It is a regular house that we use for Fcm Travel Solutions(India) Pvt Ltd. Working from a residential colony like this is nice because it is not as chaotic as the main commercial hubs. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we spend the day handling travel arrangements. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the email and phone. We deal with all sorts of bookings, from trains to international flights. The internet can be slow sometimes, which makes the work take longer than it should, but we get it done eventually. We do not have a big reception area or a sign out front, so most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the house number. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. There is a small park nearby where we go sometimes just to sit for five minutes during the afternoon. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We are not trying to be a giant travel agency with hundreds of employees. We just handle the requests that come in and try to make sure everything is booked correctly. It is just a few of us here making sure the travel plans go through without any hiccups for the people who call us.
