Eastern Clearing Forwarding Agency Pvt. Ltd. operates out of B-10/7287 in Vasant Kunj. Unlike some other agencies that are right at the port or the airport, we have our base here in this neighborhood. It is a bit more relaxed than the city center, but the work is still very fast-paced. We spend our days dealing with customs, shipping documents, and tracking cargo for people. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication with different departments. The office is full of stacks of papers and folders because that is the nature of clearing and forwarding. We are a small team and we have been doing this for many years now. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just try to make sure that the goods get to where they are supposed to go without too much trouble. Sometimes there are delays at the border or with the paperwork, and we have to spend hours on the phone to fix it. That is just how the business is. We like being in Vasant Kunj because it is a bit quieter when we finally get to leave the office in the evening. We are just a local agency doing a necessary job for our clients and neighbors.
