Delaxe Otani Hotel

Our hotel is sitting right on Padam Singh Road in Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know how hectic this area can be with all the shops and the people walking everywhere. We are at number 31199, which is a big old building that has seen a lot of guests over the years. It is not a new modern tower, but it has thick walls and decent rooms for a night's sleep. We spend a lot of our time making sure the plumbing is okay because these older buildings need a lot of looking after. The street outside is full of life from early morning. You can find almost anything you need just by walking out the front door. We have a small desk near the entrance where someone is usually sitting to help with bags or directions. It gets pretty crowded in the hallways when a large group arrives, but we manage. We don't have a massive breakfast buffet or anything like that, just simple food if someone is hungry. Most people stay with us because they want to be close to the markets. It can be a bit noisy because of the traffic on Padam Singh Road, but that is just part of the experience of staying in this part of town. We just try to keep things tidy and make sure the lights stay on for whoever is coming in late.
