We are Creative Gifting Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located at 3/21 in the Jangpura area, specifically around Bhogal. This isn't a high-end boutique with ribbons everywhere. It’s more of a workshop where we put things together. The space is often full of cardboard boxes, wrapping paper, and various items waiting to be sorted into gift sets. We started out small and stayed in this neighborhood because we like the vibe of Bhogal. It's a bit hectic, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants things done at once. We don't have a corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll find one of us elbow-deep in packing materials or on the phone trying to track down a shipment. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take items, put them in boxes, and make sure they look okay before they go out. Sometimes the tape dispenser breaks or we run out of a certain color of paper, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the job. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but there’s something nice about seeing a finished pile of boxes ready to be delivered. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the locals know us. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, without making a big deal of it.
