We operate out of H 58 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a decent-sized place but it feels smaller when everyone is in at the same time. Cox And Kings (India) Ltd has been a name people recognize for a long time, but here in this Delhi office, it’s just us trying to help people get their trips sorted. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at computer screens. The office is right in the thick of things in West Patel Nagar. There’s always noise coming from the street. We’ve got maps on the walls and plenty of brochures that we try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. It’s a lot of logistics and double-checking dates. We’ve had people come in wanting to go across the world and others just looking for a train ticket nearby. We don't do anything too fancy. It’s just a practical office where we sit and work through the travel plans. Sometimes the printers jam when we're trying to get documents ready, which is annoying. We aren't a high-rise corporate office with marble floors. It’s just a regular floor in a regular building. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area. We just stick to what we know and try to get the details right for whoever walks through the door. It’s busy work, but it keeps the day moving fast.
