We are located in Okhla Phase-I, at A-13. It is a very industrial area, so there is always dust in the air and the sound of machines nearby. Trucks are parked everywhere on the street, which makes getting in and out of the gate a bit of a challenge. Our building is mostly just space for moving goods. We spend our time looking at schedules and making sure the drivers are on the right path. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. Logistics isn't as simple as it looks to people on the outside; there is always someone stuck in traffic or a flat tire somewhere. We have been in Okhla for a while now, and we are used to the grit and noise of the place. It is not a fancy corporate park with glass buildings and gardens. It is a place where work actually happens. We have a small office where we keep all the records and files. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the afternoon slump. The goal is always just to get the freight moving without too many headaches or delays. We don't use any big words to describe what we do here. We just handle cargo and try to keep our heads down. It is a tough business, but we have a rhythm.
