We are based at 4138-39 on the Main Road in Naya Bazar. It's a very busy area with a lot of traffic and people moving about. Boom Agro India has been running out of this office for some time now. We focus on agricultural trade, mostly dealing with seeds and various bulk items that come through the market. The office is right on the main street, so it gets quite loud with the horns and the constant chatter of people walking by. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or talking to people who drop in for a quick word. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have some old desks and a lot of files stacked on shelves. Most of the space is used for storing small samples or keeping track of what’s moving in the market today. There's always tea being made in the small area at the back. We try to keep things simple and honest. If there's a problem with a shipment, we just talk it through until it's sorted out. We don't have a marketing department or any of those things. It's just a few of us making sure the agro business keeps running. The weather gets really hot in the summer, and the ceiling fans barely keep up, but we stay busy regardless. People come to us because they've known us for a long time. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It's a practical business for people who understand the trade. We don't worry about being polished.
