Our office is located in Karol Bagh, right inside Dhaka Chambers on the second floor in room 217. If you know Naiwala, you know it’s always buzzing with people and bikes everywhere. We’ve been here at Agro Green Organic Fertilizer Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now. Dealing with organic fertilizers means we spend a lot of time talking to folks about soil and crops. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and samples lying around, but we know where everything is. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls from different parts of the country. We handle the distribution and the logistical side of things from this room. Sometimes the power goes out or the lift isn’t working, so we just take the stairs and keep going. We aren’t interested in those big corporate speeches or flashy logos. We just want to make sure the fertilizer gets to the people who need it without too much fuss. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that we visit way too often. It’s a busy life in this part of Delhi, and we are just a small part of it. We don't have a giant staff, just a few people who have been together for years. It works for us and keeps the business running steadily through the seasons.
