Billa Five Star Hotel

You can find us on Hardhyan Singh Road in the middle of Karol Bagh. We are right opposite the Gurudwara, which is a very busy spot every single day. Billa Five Star Hotel is just the name we use, but we are a regular place for people to stay or grab something. Karol Bagh is always full of shoppers and traffic, so it never really gets quiet around here. We have been at this address, 110005, for quite some time now. The building is old and we have to fix things pretty often to keep it going. Being across from the Gurudwara means we see a lot of people coming and going for prayers. We try to keep things as tidy as we can, but with the dust from the road, it is a constant job. Our staff is small and we all do a bit of everything, from checking people in to cleaning the rooms. We don't have those big fancy lobbies you see in movies, just a simple counter and some space for people to wait. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but that is part of living and working in this part of Delhi. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the guests have what they need for the night. It is a lot of work to keep things running in such a crowded area, but we just take it one day at a time to keep the doors open.
