We've been at L-29 in Mahipalpur Extn. for a while now. Most people know this area is always busy because it's so close to the airport. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of phone calls and checking on things that were supposed to arrive yesterday. We have a small team here. Some of us have been around for years, and others are just starting out. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we are scrambling to fix a mistake or track down a missing box. It is just the way it goes in this business. We don't really have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over our desks or grab a tea nearby when we need a break. Most of the neighbors here are doing the same thing, just trying to keep their operations moving. You'll see us coming in early most days. The space is filled with files and some old furniture that’s seen better days, but it works for us. We just focus on getting through the list of what needs to happen before the sun goes down. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life.
