Arcnist Architects

You can find us at L 117A in Chanakya Place Part 2, over in the Uttam Nagar area of Delhi. We work as architects and most of our time goes into sketching out ideas and looking at how to make small spaces work better. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place and that reflects in the kind of architectural work we do for the residents. We spend a lot of our mornings just trying to fit all the requirements into the drawings we make for local buildings. The office is a simple room where we keep our laptops and some old physical models of projects. It is not a very formal place. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside and it gets noisy but we are used to it by now. We do a lot of walking around the neighborhood to look at different plots and see how the construction is going. Most people who come to us are just looking for a straightforward plan for their home or a small shop. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough throughout the week. It is a regular job where we draw things up and hope the builders follow the plan correctly. Chanakya Place has its own vibe and we have become a part of that over the years we have been working here.
