Architect Mohit Kumar

My office is located at 34 Mahabhadrakali Cghs, over in Plot Number 6 of Sector 13, Dwarka. Since it is inside a residential society, it feels a bit more like a home than a standard office building. It is easy enough to find once you get into the sector. Architect Mohit Kumar is just a small setup where I keep my computer and all my drawing tools. There are rolls of paper in the corners and several stacks of magazines about building and design scattered around. Dwarka is quite a spread-out area, but Sector 13 has a good, quiet feel to it. I spend most of my time here working on different designs or checking through plans to make sure the numbers are right. Sometimes people from the society stop by to say hello or ask a quick question about a small project. It is a peaceful place to work, which helps when I need to focus on a difficult drawing. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with pens, rulers, and a couple of half-empty coffee mugs. I don't have a big team or a receptionist. It is just a simple, straightforward setup in a residential block. The windows look out onto the trees in the compound, which is nice. I have been in this spot for a while and have gotten used to the daily routine here. It is just about getting the drawings right.
