Our office is located at 41 RPS Phase 1, right in the heart of New Delhi. Architect Keshav Dhingra Associates has been operating from this 110001 area for a good while. It's a central spot, which makes it convenient for people from all over the city to reach us. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We prefer keeping things small and personal. When you come in, you’re likely to talk directly to the people doing the actual drawing and planning. We spend our days dealing with the nuts and bolts of architecture. It’s a lot of sketching, revising, and checking local regulations. Sometimes we get stuck on a design for hours, but that’s just how it goes when you want to get it right. We don't put on a show or use fancy jargon to impress anyone. We just want to make sure your space works for you and doesn't fall down. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed, even when deadlines are looming. We’ve worked on a variety of projects, from small renovations to bigger builds, but the approach is always the same: keep it practical. Being in New Delhi gives us a lot of different types of work to handle. We just take it one project at a time, making sure the plans are solid and the client knows what’s going on without any fluff.
