Architect Design Consultancy

We operate out of 3050-306Daimantion Plaza. It’s a central spot and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. We do a lot of design work and consulting. This basically means we spend our time thinking about how spaces should be laid out and then putting those thoughts into drawings that a builder can actually follow. It sounds straightforward, but there are always complications. Maybe a beam is in the way or the budget is too tight for what the owner wants. We have to find ways to make it work without cutting corners. The office at Daimantion Plaza is usually a mess of blueprints and material samples. We have everything from brick types to window frames laying around. It helps to be able to touch the materials before deciding. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what can be done and what can't. Sometimes that’s not what they want to hear, but it’s better than lying and having a building fall down later. We’ve worked on everything from small office renovations to full house builds. Every day is a little different. One day we are worried about electrical outlets and the next we are thinking about roof slopes. It keeps the job interesting. We just focus on getting the details right so the final result is something useful. It is hard work but we wouldn't change it.
