A. Kumar Associates

Our office is located at 27B in the DDA Flats of Shahpur Jat. We are up on the third floor, so if you come to visit, be prepared to climb some stairs since there isn't an elevator in this particular block. We are situated right opposite the AC Yard Village Lane. Shahpur Jat is a unique place with a mix of old village style and new offices, and we’ve been part of it for a while. A. Kumar Associates is a small setup. We don't have a large staff, just a few of us handling the paperwork and meetings. The flat is a bit cramped because we have so many files and documents stacked up on the shelves. We try to keep things in order, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy lane below. It’s a lively area with lots of designers and small businesses around us. We often go down to the local stalls for a quick snack or to grab some tea. The walls in the office are a bit thin, so we can sometimes hear the neighbors, but it doesn't bother us much. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical, low-key place to work, and we don't feel the need for a fancy corporate office. We just do our work and keep things simple.
