Omnia Bpo

Our office is located at house number 336 in Indira Vihar, over in North Delhi. It is a residential kind of area, so it is a bit different from those big business parks. We are a BPO, which basically means we spend our whole day on phones and computers. It can be quite loud when everyone is talking at once, but we have gotten used to the noise. The 110009 area is where we operate, and most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad. We have a few rows of desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. It is not a polished corporate environment, just a place where we come to do our jobs. We handle a lot of different tasks for other companies, mostly data and customer queries. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Delhi. We have a small tea stall just around the corner where we all hang out during our breaks. We are just a group of people trying to make a living and keep the work moving. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just log in, do the work, and log out. It is a straightforward way of life here in Indira Vihar, and we are fine with that. We just focus on the screens and the headsets until the shift is finally over.
