Our office is located at H.No 52/51 on Street No 17 in Anand Parbat. It’s right in the heart of Karol Bagh, which anyone in New Delhi knows is a very busy place to be at all hours. Omnia Bpo Services Ltd is what we call ourselves, but to the people around here, we are just the folks working in the building on the corner. The street is always loud with the sound of rickshaws and vendors, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We have rows of desks and a lot of headsets lying around. It’s a functional space. We didn't spend a lot of money on decorations because we’d rather focus on getting the work done. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the summer months when it gets really stuffy. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and share stories about our families or the commute. It’s a diverse group of people working here. Some have been with us since we started and others are just learning the ropes. We don't have a big corporate handbook; we just learn as we go and help each other out when things get complicated. Karol Bagh has a way of keeping you on your toes, and our office is no different. It’s a gritty, real place where we put in the hours every single day.
